Die Verantwortlichen der World Poker Tour veröffentlichten nun endlich auch die Termine des US amerikanischen Abschnitts der WPT Season 8. Wenige Überraschungen und viele altbekannte Turniere stehen am Plan der WPT für 2009/2010.
Neu ist das Hollywood Poker Open, das erstmals ausgetragen wird und im Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, Indiana stattfinden wird.
Auch in Europa gibt es einen neuen WPT Event – die WPT Slovakia. Der WPT Tourstop in Bratislava findet vom 26.08.-05.09.09 im Golden Vegas Casino in der slowakischen Hauptstadt statt.
Ein weiteres Debüt ist der WPT Season 8 Event in Marrokko. Im wunderschönen Marrakesch gibt sich die Weltelite des Pokerns erstmals vom 12.-19.10.2009 ein Stelldichein.
Und hoffen wir, dass die WPT eine gute alte Tradition beibehält und es auch bei der WPT Season 8 eine ähnlich oder noch schärfere Hosts wie Kayla Kaleigh (siehe oben, bzw. Amanda Leatherman und Kimberly Lansing) geben wird.
